Dan has spent most of his career in the technology divisions of financial institutions learning not only cutting-edge technology and managing those in this field but also the importance of a customer service mindset within an organization. Dan was taught that the honesty and integrity of a business is what sets them apart from the competition, and he brings this experience and knowledge to the Property Haus team. In Dan’s spare time, he enjoys traveling, softball, volleyball, and relaxing at the cabin with his wife and children

Ever since Jen can remember, she has always had a passion for helping people. Jen has a unique capability to strategize ways out of complicated real estate situations, such as probate, divorce, eviction, and she specializes in foreclosures. Having faced foreclosure in 2012 with her husband, Dan, she spent a long time educating herself and others on how to avoid foreclosure. Jen has built many solid relationships with attorneys throughout the Twin Cities and comes highly recommended to solve complex real estate situations. In her spare time, you will find Jen traveling, boating, playing volleyball, and spending time with her husband and two sons at their cabin. Jen also serves as the Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for the Sexual Violence Center in Minneapolis.

After graduating college, Zach jumped right into real estate starting his investment portfolio “BRRRing” single family rentals. As a young real estate investor, he understands the analytics of when to buy and sell and how to find the right deals. Zach loves crunching numbers and teaching people what goes into a successful investment. When he’s not working on deals, you could probably find him on a lake or in the woods as it is undoubtedly his leisure passion.
